Yes, you can leave a bin on the street. In some instances you may need a permit. Check with your local city or county office.
Disposal bin rentals are waste disposal bins that are available for short term or long term rental agreements. All dropoffs, pickups and scheduling is handled on our end for a hassle-free customer experience.
We have 10 different sizes of disposal bins to select from. They range from 3 cubic yards to 40 cubic yards. For bins ranging from 3-6 cubic yards, we charge by the size of the bin. For bins ranging from 10-40 cubic yards, we charge by the weight of the load in the bin.
This depends on the items you are removing. We would recommend ordering at least a 15 cubic yard bin or larger for home renovations or cleaning out storage. For landscaping and removal of topsoil, dirt, concrete, etc, we suggest a 12 cubic yard bin.
We have sketches of garbage bins including their dimensions on our website. Click here to see our bin size page.
Give us a call and we would be happy to assist you. Tell us the type of project you are working on, how much waste you expect and we will help you select an appropriate size bin. A clean fill consists of materials such as concrete, interlock, brick and block, dirt, grass, and asphalt. Waste in a clean fill is not contaminated by any other form of waste. Any combination of these, although still considered clean, will have a higher dumping charge.
We carry a wide selection of sizes. If you are unsure about the size of the bin you need, contact us with details of the garbage you want to remove, and we will assist you in deciding. Please remember that bins cannot be overloaded. This is considered unsafe and will result in fines for both you and our company.
We are always careful to place disposal bins on your driveway or property in a proper manner. We often practice putting wood planks underneath bin rails in order to reduce or eliminate scratches on your driveway. We will not cross over into a neighbour’s property without a liability waiver signed by both property owners. We avoid driving up over city sidewalks as well as anything else that might be deemed unsafe.
There are no additional fees to sort or recycle your garbage. If your waste is loaded correctly and separated into recyclable and garbage material, we are happy to recycle at no extra fee. However, garbage mixed with recyclable material will unfortunately be considered “waste” and is subject to the corresponding waste fee.

Although we specify the length of our containers on our website, it takes more length to actually place the container. The bins roll off the rear of the truck. This will require an additional 30 feet to 50 feet to place. On the street, this will be approximately four car-lengths.
Our drivers have many years of combined service experience. We give them every latitude on the placement of containers. Sometimes with the truck’s turn radius and the length of the needed area, we cannot safely access certain areas. Also, our truck rails have to rise approximately 20 feet in the air to off-load our containers. Low-hanging power lines, tree branches, carports, or garages can make this difficult. We will do our best to accommodate your desires, but you can also trust our professional bin handlers to know what is safe and most accessible.
If you need a second bin, call us and we will get you an empty bin as soon as possible so that there is no downtime. You will have to pay the same price for the second container as our pricing is based on delivery, pickup and dumping fees.
The cost of the bin depends on the type of material you are putting into the bin as well as location. Please give us a call and we will give you a quote.
