LITTERBUG WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES LTD

Welcome to LITTERBUG WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES LTD. By booking, using, or paying for our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided

LitterBug provides waste disposal and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Garbage collection

  • Bin rental services

  • Waste pickup and removal

  • Disposal of approved materials

Services are provided according to the agreed-upon service schedule, rental period, and pricing.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge:

  • Services are limited to approved waste types.

  • Additional charges may apply for overweight bins, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, or additional pickups.

  • Access to the bin location must be clear and safe at the time of scheduled pickup.

  • Service delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Permitted & Prohibited Materials

Customers are responsible for ensuring only approved materials are placed in LitterBug bins.

Prohibited materials may include (but are not limited to):

  • Hazardous waste

  • Chemicals, paints, or solvents

  • Asbestos

  • Batteries

  • Flammable or explosive materials

  • Biohazard or medical waste

If prohibited materials are found:

  • Additional disposal fees may apply.

  • The customer may be responsible for all resulting fines, environmental penalties, or remediation costs.

3. Bin Placement & Property Access

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe, legal, and unobstructed placement locations.

  • Ensuring ground conditions are stable and capable of supporting heavy equipment.

  • Obtaining any necessary municipal permits.

LitterBug is not responsible for minor surface damage (e.g., driveway cracks, asphalt indentations, lawn compression) resulting from normal equipment operation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service activation.

  • Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or removal of bins.

  • Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, extended rentals, contamination, or prohibited materials.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances where permitted by law.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellations may require advance notice.

  • Rental periods are billed as agreed upon at booking.

  • No refunds are issued for partial rental periods once the bin has been delivered.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Load bins safely and evenly without exceeding height or weight limits.

  • Not move, modify, damage, or tamper with LitterBug equipment.

  • Keep children and unauthorized individuals away from bins.

  • Ensure materials are placed entirely within the bin (no overhanging debris).

7. Injury & Misuse Disclaimer

LitterBug bins and equipment are heavy-duty industrial containers intended solely for waste disposal.

LITTERBUG WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES LTD is not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from climbing, standing, jumping, or playing in or around bins.

  • Injuries caused by improper loading or unsafe handling of materials.

  • Injuries resulting from customer negligence or misuse of equipment.

  • Damage or injury caused by unauthorized relocation or modification of bins.

Customers assume all risk associated with improper use of rented bins and agree to indemnify and hold harmless LitterBug from claims arising from misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LitterBug shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, mechanical breakdown, traffic restrictions, etc.).

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Changes to Terms

LITTERBUG WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES LTD reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
